1. The purpose of the cutting machine
This machine is suitable for cutting samples of various metal and non-metal materials in order to observe the metallographic and petrographic structure of the material. The machine is equipped with a cooling device, and the configured cooling liquid can take away the heat generated during cutting, and avoid the sample from overheating and burning the sample tissue. The machine is easy to use, safe and reliable. It is one of the necessary equipment for making samples in factories, research institutes and laboratories of universities and colleges.

2. The main technical indicators of the cutting machine
1. Power supply: three-phase four-wire (380V, 50HZ)
2. Spindle speed: 2800 rpm
3. Grinding wheel specifications: 350×2×32mm
4. Maximum cutting diameter: 100mm, table size: 540*300mm
5. Motor: Y2-100 l-2 3.0KW
6. Equipment quality: 120kg.
7. Can be equipped with standard vise jaws; vertical; clamps such as pressing plates.

3. Grinding wheel loading and unloading
1. On the cover of the account opening machine, use the wrench provided with the machine to unscrew the pagoda-shaped cap on the spindle end counterclockwise to remove the grinding wheel clamp and the grinding wheel.
2. Install the grinding wheel and the grinding wheel clamp on the spindle, tighten the pagoda-shaped nut with a wrench, and then turn the spindle twice by hand to check whether there is swing on both sides of the grinding wheel, and the swing amount is not more than 2mm. If it exceeds 2mm, it should be Check the reason and re-install or re-select the cutting disc.

4. Specimen clamping
Clamping the specimen correctly is an important guarantee for safe and reliable work. Put the work in the jaws during operation, tighten the clamping handle with the supplied wrench, push or rotate the specimen by hand, and check whether the work clamp is stable, otherwise it should be re-installed. Mounting. When using a vertical fixture, at least three-point compression must be ensured, and the workpiece must be firmly attached to the worktable.

5. Sample cutting

After completing the preparatory work mentioned in the above method of use, the sample can be cut. When cutting, first cover the upper cover of the machine and turn on the coolant switch (cool) to make it have enough cooling flow. Start the motor (cut), and then hold the swing arm handle, let the grinding wheel slowly touch the sample, and cut. Use even force when cutting, and don't use too much force.
note:
1. When cutting, the force should be even, do not use too much force. It is recommended to lift the grinding wheel slightly when cutting 1-2mm.
2. The coolant must be configured with a coolant with good lubricity (provided at random), and do not use general tap water as the coolant. (After the cutting fluid is added to the water tank, the protective components will be slowly consumed, so the whole must be replaced once every 15 days. Otherwise, the parts of the cutting cabin will be rusted.)
3. For the cutting of rock, ceramics and other samples, diamond grinding wheels must be used for cutting.
4. When clamping the workpiece, you must press the emergency stop button on the panel.
